DISCIPLINE, WILL SOONER OR LATER, OVERTAKE INTELLIGENCE
The information that I’m sharing with you today, I originally heard it from Yokoi Kenji, a public speaker from Colombia with Japanese descent. Trough his speeches, he shares part of his cultures and various concepts that can help us be “successful”.
“DISCIPLINE, FOR THE JAPANESE, IS THE SECRET OF SUCCESS”.
According to his words, this three factors are what generate DISCIPLINE, and is precisely this, that gives me the opportunities to be successful:
ORGANIZATION: The japanese name various places, everything has a place and they are always stored there. This is “esencial”.
CLEANLINESS: In reality the concept is to “eliminate”, make space, remove what it is not used. “What you haven’t used for six months, should be removed”. “Hanging on to old items is maintaining a poor mentality.”
PUNCTUALITY: You should arrive on time, even at times some minutes before the set time. A japanese can call you two days before the date to tell you he will arrive fifteen minutes later!
“WHEN THE RULES OF A METHODOLOGY ARE ACCOMPLISHED AND IN THAT ACCOMPLISHMENT A HABIT IS FORMED, THE DISCIPLINE IS BORNED WHICH LEAD TO SUCCESS” FisuOne®

Naming the emotion
Emotion is movement. It starts the reactions that are needed to act, coordinates the internal functions to respond to the stimuli that comes trough the perception that we have of what happened (real or memory). The first step is learning to identify and recognize an emotion. Accept its presence.
The primary emotion are rage, happiness, fear, sadness, disgust and surprise: all of them have been with us seen we were born. We need to be in the present, in this moment in which everything is happening, I resort to respiration: breath consistently, realizing that the air in me, it fills me, I exhale and breathe in once again. When we are capable of naming an emotion, we are taking conscience of it and the bodily sensations that cause in me.
*Without judging, keeping myself in this moment, I allow the emotion to unfold on me, without losing myself in it and recognizing that I am not the emotion. Past this, the time will come to reflect on what has happened.
"In the emotion there is no reflection".-
