Week 11 – 15 March 2019

IBB last week went with short selling trend and won 4.82%, this week was long trend present and then going long earned another 4.2%, the good thing about the FisuOne method as in the example of IBB is that there is long trend just because the red MACD line is above zero but last week as there was crossing MACD line also gave potential short sale, and in that case we must pay attetion to what happens in the 1 hr chart and see that if the price goes up from the MA21 the trade should be long for this ETF.

In the 4 hour chart on the left, FB shows an interesting divergence between the MACD and the price, this signal is very powerful and very rare to see in 4hrs and after following it, a MACD line crossing is confirmed for sell in short trend. Therefore, we looked for an entry signal in the graph on the right for FB in the short sell direction.
