I see the S&P still going down and making support at 3150-3175

AAPL may hold the current support line see graph

CX needs to search for its trend line first to follow long

These are the Trade that I will follow in the week. I comment on it as an opinion and should not be taken as financial advice. If you have any questions, read the Terms and Conditions of the Site.

As we said last Sunday, there was the possibility that the market would continue to deepen the downtrend and cut the trend line.

Which he did and then could be used in the swings that the price makes in the 4hs chart on the right trades using the FisuOne® method.

El S&P cut the trend line and found support in 3200

AAPL we said on Sunday before starting the week that it could touch the trend line and that in the short term since the trend of AAPL in the long term is bearish, but in the short term that trend line if it was sustainable could be a good point of entry.

And that was what happened AAPL looked for support in the trend line that we drew and then always using the FisuOne® methodology we looked for a long entry using a very short-term chart (The chart is attached a week later to see results of the trend line ) such as those of 20 min and 5 min, these graphs are very useful when marking a daily entry with controlled risk.

Then trade 1 was at 104.42 and we indicated the stop loss outside the AAPL price consolidation rectangle and that stop loss was at 101.54 this value is very important because it tells me where to withdraw to avoid losses greater than those I am willing to bear in In my case, as he said, they are always 1% of my account, but each one will know where and in what amount he places his output.

In the FisuOne® method and in previous examples in this section it is explained how to use this stop loss and the entry to get the number of shares to buy based on what I am willing to lose if everything does not go as I think.

So we see in the week that just ended AAPL gave 2 trades when I look for this trend line one at 104.42 and exit at 111.42 giving 6.7% and a 2nd trade with entry at 105.23 and exit at 112.24 being 6.2%, the 2 trades very good for a week with a lot of volatility

Cemex in the chart of a week later, that is, the week that has just ended since I am writing this on Saturday the 26th, it never touched the trend line so it did not give any interesting trade with respect to this reference.

This is good to point out because not all the trades that we imagine in the week happen as is and you have to be prepared for it too

In the FisuOne® method and in my book Trading for Relief® (Amazon) it is explained in detail how to calculate and to understand this type of trade.
